Hire a bike or e-bike and explore the stunning Timboon, Cobden and Camperdown Rail Trails, discovering heritage-listed trestle bridges, volcanic landscapes, rolling farmland and unique scenery not accessible by car.

Ride at your own pace through quiet country landscapes, historic railway corridors and picturesque rural towns, with plenty of opportunities to stop for photos, cafés, local produce and gourmet experiences along the way.

Our electric bikes make the trails accessible for a wide range of riders and fitness levels, whether you are after a relaxed family outing or a full-day cycling adventure.

Children’s bikes, child seats, Weehoo/tag-along trailers, bike trailers and pet carriers are also available as optional extras, making it easy for families and pet owners to enjoy the experience together.



We also offer shuttle transport and one-way ride options between Timboon, Cobden, Camperdown and Port Campbell, allowing you to explore more of the region without needing to return to your starting point.

$2 from every adult bicycle hired is donated to the Camperdown to Timboon Rail Trail. The rail trail is managed and maintained by a small group of volunteers and this donation assists with the upkeep of the rail trail. 

We recommend you have travel insurance or bike riding insurance.


Security Deposit (Bond)

A security deposit of $200 per electric bicycle (ebike), credit card and drivers license details are required for precautionary measures.
The security deposit will be refunded once the bicycle(s) have been confirmed to have been returned in an UNDAMAGED condition upon inspection by Ride With Us
and its agents. 


Deposit Policy

A deposit may be charged up to the full amount at the time of booking. A non-refundable online booking fee of 1.9% is applicable for all online bookings.

If the full payment has not been processed, the balance amount will be collected at the time of service or hire.

Packages including food hamper must pay a minimum $55 deposit at the time of booking.  


Cancellation Policy

Once the experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of Ride With Us.


Bike hire and transport services policy:

Cancellation greater than 24 hours, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Less than 24 hours notice, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.

Your bike hire and transport deposit or payment will be fully refunded if your booking is cancelled due to a code red day, high winds or natural disaster. Food hamper payment will be refunded if cancelled prior to 72 hours before your arrival.

Bicycle Return & Collection Policy


All bicycle and e-bike hires are based on a return-to-base hire unless a pre-arranged shuttle or bike collection service has been booked in advance.

Bicycles must not be left unattended along rail trails, roadsides, accommodation properties, cafés, public areas or tourist locations without prior approval from Ride With Us.

If riders decide they no longer wish to continue riding during their hire period, we ask that they contact Ride With Us to arrange assistance or collection where possible.

Unplanned bicycle retrievals will incur a collection fee depending on the location and distance required for recovery. Collection fees start from $150 per booking within the local trail network and may increase for remote or out-of-area locations.

Customers remain fully responsible for all hired equipment until it has been safely returned directly to Ride With Us staff or a pre-approved return location.

Bikes left unsecured or abandoned may also incur additional costs for recovery, damage, theft or loss of equipment.

We strongly encourage riders to plan their ride distance carefully, allow enough time for return travel and consider shuttle transport options for one-way rides or longer journeys.




Gourmet Rail Trail Ride policy:    

Cancellation greater than 72 hours, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the price.

Less than 72 hours notice, the customer shall be entitled to a refund minus the $55 deposit for the food hamper.

If your ride is cancelled within the 72 hour timeframe due to bad weather or your change of mind, you are welcome to still collect your hamper to take away.

Cancellation policy for the Gourmet Rail Trail Ride also applies to rescheduling of dates due to food being prepared and provided as
part of this experience.


No Show Policy

Please note, if you don’t show up you will be charged the non-refundable booking fee of $55.


Payment Policy

A $1.16 government transport levi is payable on transport services.

Credit card charge of 2% is payable for bookings paid online by credit card.

An EFTPOS card payment charge of $0.39 applies to payments made via card in person.
